A few weeks ago I played Frau Marleen in Torre Del Lago in Italy – great crowd – a heady mix of fashionistas, club kids and drag queens, and a thundering sound system. The resident DJ, Matteo Matteini, played one of the best warm up sets I’ve ever heard – respect! And I had a blast during my set – all helped by a very enthusiastic reception from the people there. I’m definitely looking forward to playing a lot more in Italy in the future…
This weekend I’m at Taboo in Seville, in Andalucia. I really enjoyed my gig in Barcelona at the end of August, and it’s great to be going back to Spain again.
